J-BIT Tech, LLC, an equal-opportunity employer, is searching for an IT Support Technician for it's Albuquerque computer repair shop and Manager Service Provider company.  In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for our clients. Your technical expertise and excellent customer service skills will be crucial as you work to resolve a wide range of technical issues and ensure that our clients leave our store satisfied with the service they received.​

Primary Responsibilitiies:

• Answer incoming phone calls, texts, emails. Return calls, and interact with clients in a professional manner.

• Receive and Check-in computer parts ordered for tickets in the shop.

• Schedule technicians using calendaring tools efficiently.

• Coordinate equipment drop-offs and pick-ups and payments with clients.

• Manage the sending and processing of invoices, statements, and payments.

• Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital files and documents.

• Coordinate billing with clients including tracking, maintenance, collection and billing/invoicing project.

• Checks, responds, and forwards company emails, as needed

• Review Management for both in-house and external clients.

• Substitute at Networking events as needed.
