By bringing in my computer for repair. I understand the following:

• J-BIT Tech does not accept responsibility for any data loss or loss of installed programs. I understand and have backed up relevant data, and will provide licensed copies of software if re-installation needs to take place.

• I agree to pay for all products and services supplied by J-BIT Tech after accepting verbal estimate and upon presentation of invoice.

• ​

• Computers and/or equipment left for over 90 days will be considered abandoned and will be wiped and recycled at the shop's discretion.

• ​

• I verify that I am the rightful owner of this computer and/or equipment.
